I have two of the Japanese white lattice lamps. One my parents purchased while we lived in Japan in the 1950s, the second one in San Diego, Ca in 2008 from an Antique show at the Del Mar fair grounds. I was so excited to find the second one, because the lamp style had been my bedroom lamp when I was a small child. I have since seen a couple of replica lamps on the internet for sale in Etsy and E-Bay stores. If you are still looking for this lamp try those sources or antique stores around the country. Hope you find one, if you have not yet.
