This will be short…I want to wish all of the dad’s out there a Happy Father’s Day. It’s a noble, if not challenging at times, profession and I hope you have a wonderful day, filled with the love and attention you deserve.
…and for the childless man, there’s more than one kind of dad…

To show Paul how much she loves him… Elvis woke him up extra early, asking to be fed.
She always knows just what to get him.

Love that last portrait! My husband’s skin kids are all grown up and far away, but he still has 7 fur kids at home!

Lol, I love the skin vs. fur reference! Happy day to you and yours. Karen

Happy Fathers Day to Lyn. Love the quote at the beginning of the post. Am enjoying many of your quotes these days. Must be my age!

Karen,
Loved the last portrait – a guy and his dog! My Father’s Day card to Tom backfired a bit. You’ll recall it was a photo of a poppa bear with a cub standing in a field. According to Tom, you’d never see that in nature because the adult bears usually eat the cubs! Only someone who goes to Alaska as often as Tom would know that but I wish he’d kept it to himself. Well that bummed me out a bit but he actually liked the card and we had a nice day together.
Hope Lyn had a Happy Father’s Day too. Thanks for some wonderful photos.

Leave it to Tom to be literal where nature is concerned! Well, I would say he probably got the jest of your meaning. Loved the fb picture Ian posted. xo, Karen
